Six pixels of separation

When this book was published in 2009, it probably made sense to use pages and pages of the book to explain why businesses need to understand how important the Internet is to their business, etc., but that is all pretty much old hat now.

This is a book on social media by someone who gets itI read this book a few months ago, and most of what i got was mainly just treating and interacting with your customers using social media and leveraging that power to increase your online presence and become not just another company but a friend with your audience.this is a great book and if you don't get social media i recommend picking it up.

As recently as a month ago, I was still a social media skeptic - one who suspected that SM platforms were dominated by idiots and that SM could not deliver a meaningful return for entrepreneurs like myself. Mitch Joel's Six Pixels of Separation has helped me see the light.
